[BUG] i18n is missing in AvoidInlineConditionalsCheck.java

fabrice.belingard

Hi guys,

In AvoidInlineConditionalsCheck class, i18n is missing in "visitToken()"
method. "Avoir inline conditionals" is written directly in the java source
code while it should be exported to the properties files.

I can give you the French translation for the "messages_fr.properties" file
:

      Evitez l'utilisation de l'opĂ©ration conditionnel.

(should double the character ' )

HTH,

Best Regards / Cordialement,
